About Tropicana
An established Central Florida condominium community.
Tropicana Resort is a condo-hotel community located at 43420 U.S. Highway 27 N in Davenport, Florida. The Association was organized as a Florida not-for-profit corporation in 1997, and public property records identify the condominium improvements as dating to approximately 1999.
The community consists of approximately 257 condominium units and is primarily oriented toward residential and longer-term occupancy while continuing to permit shorter stays when Association registration, screening, and applicable tax requirements are satisfied.
