Convenient Davenport location
Tropicana Resort is located on U.S. Highway 27 in Davenport, near the I-4 corridor and the Posner Park area. The location provides convenient access to shopping, restaurants, medical services, employment centers, and Central Florida attractions.
Parking
The current parking policy allows up to one vehicle per unit, subject to Association parking rules and enforcement.
There is currently no dedicated Association EV-charging program.
