Association organized

Tropicana Resort Condominium Association, Inc. was filed with the Florida Division of Corporations on November 17, 1997 as a Florida not-for-profit corporation.

The Association remains active with the State of Florida and serves Tropicana Resort, A Condominium, at 43420 U.S. Highway 27 N in Davenport.

Late 1990s

The Tropicana community takes shape

Public property records for Tropicana condominium units commonly identify 1999 as the year built. Today, Tropicana is an established condo-hotel community of approximately 257 units in the Davenport/US-27 corridor.
